What is Minicabster?
Minicabster is the next step in the minicab evolution. With our website and app, you can browse local fleets and get quotes for your journey upfront – all of them affordable and competitive. Minicabs can be dispatched immediately, with accurate estimates regarding arrival times, or they can be booked in advance, so you know your Minicabster chariot will be waiting when you need it.

Can I browse quotes without booking?
Of course, with just a few clicks you can compare up front quotes and read real customer reviews.

How do I pay for my minicab?
We’re all about choice at Minicabster. You can choose to pay cash to the driver, or save your card details securely so that booking a ride really is hassle free! If you download our smartphone app, you can even choose to pay by card as default.

How do I cancel a booking I have made?
We understand that sometimes, plans change! If you no longer need the minicab that you have booked then cancelling is very simple. We will send you an email confirmation and SMS with the contact details of the operator you chose. Simply phone them to cancel and they’ll sort it for you. If you have booked via smartphone app, then you can cancel direct from your journey section. Of course, if you have paid by card and the journey has not been taken then all payments will be fully refunded.

Why do I need to give my mobile number and email address?
We want to make sure that your journey is hassle free, so by giving us your mobile number we can make sure the driver can call you when they arrive. We also send an email receipt direct to your inbox, so it’s very useful to sign up with a valid email address.

How can I download the app?
You can download our app free for iOS, Android or Windows phones. You’ll find the app very useful for booking a ride any time, and we have many time saving features that you can take advantage of. Enjoy!
