OUR MINICABSTER PROMISE

At Minicabster we want you to have the best experience possible when booking your minicab with us, and for this reason we have created the Minicabster Promise. This is our promise to you, and here's what it entails:

Punctuality Promise
We promise that your minicab will be ready and waiting for you on time for your requested pick up (if not early!). If for whatever reason this is not the case and your minicab is more than 15 minutes late, we will return up to 30% of your fare to you by way of apology. Simply contact us at help@minicabster.co.uk with your name and telephone number and we will investigate and rectify the issue.

Price Promise
We promise that you will not have to pay any more than the price quoted for your journey. The only way this would change is if you decide to amend your journey after booking. If this is not the case, please contact us at help@minicabster.co.uk and we will ensure your quote is honoured.

Safety Promise
We promise that any minicab you book with us will be fully licensed and safe for your travels. If you ever suspect this not to be the case, please report the matter to us at help@minicabster.co.uk and we will liaise with the relevant licensing authority.
